The digital assistant rivalry still seems to be pretty tight, with Microsoft recently updating the Cortana app for Android devices to compete with Google Assistant. For the first, Cortana users can now create a list of items and edit the list of new items on Android devices. In addition, users will also get smart suggestions that will help users to do things faster and easier.
The latest version of Cortana can now load things about the latest news and activities to do based on pre-made notes. In addition, current users can easily sign in or sign up because Microsoft has added an option to sign up using a phone number.
Another small tweak concerns the chit-chat button, which now only takes one tap only. Additionally no less important, Microsoft has now added personalized help & tips for the latest version of Cortana Android app, making it easier for users to understand how to use Cortana applications.
