AMD Radeon 500 series released several models of the RX 550, 560, 570 and 580 AMD RX 500 series seems this is an update of the RX 400 series. Because on the slide looks used Polaris architecture is still on the RX 500 series there is development of memory and base clock to be more efficient against its performance.
AMD RX 580 will have 36 compute units and given 8GB GDDR5 memory which has a base clock of 1.257Mhz and can boost up to 1340 Mhz. Although not using GDDR5X but VGA RX 500 series will compete with VGA from Nvidia Pascal and will make them worried about its performance.
AMD RX 500 series will replace the previous VGA RX 400 series because the RX 500 series is made for the game at 1440p and VR resolution. As we know that the game now supports 2K to 4K resolution so it requires a VGA Card specially designed with higher technology so that the resulting image is smoother.

In addition AMD RX 500 series has RX 570 is equipped with 32 compute unit with 4GB GDDR5 memory and 1.168Mhz speed clock which can be increased up to 1.244Mhz. RX 560 also offers half of the compute unit RX 570 but with a higher speed of 1.175Mhz to 1.275MHz with 4GB of memory.
For RX 550 only has 8 compute units that have 2GB GDDR5 memory with 1.183Mhz clock speed but this RX 550 can perform video edit activities with 4K resolution. So for you the video creator may have to see the test of this VGA at the time of its official release later.
On the leaked slides on the site DigitalTrends also seen benchmark tests performed by AMD at 1440p resolution that the RX 580 can reach 70fps more in some games like Doom, Overwatch and Resident Evil. As for the game BattleField able to walk up to 69fps and this is able to beat the Radeon R9 380X and Strix GTX 970.
All the VGA card RX 500 series has been optimized for API DirectX 12 and Vulkan, from here we can see that AMD has the advantage of Nvidia and it will be interesting to see the overall performance of this VGA RX 500 series. Although we do not know when will be released officially by AMD but we can expect this VGA will be present after 18 April so we do not take long to wait for the RX 500 series is present to meet the needs of gamers and video editors or graphic design.
